The company was founded by Victoria Holstein, a former partner at three AmLaw 100 firms.  Before starting Grover Bond, Victoria was the head of the Washington, DC office of Lateral Link Group, one of the largest, privately-held legal search firms in the world, where she oversaw lawyer placements and law firm client relationships.
