Frank Salamone is a Managing Director of Grover Bond. Before joining the firm, he was the second-most senior enforcement official at the FDIC. Previously, Frank was an enforcement attorney at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency after serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Nancy B. Firestone of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. Frank is an alumnus of Georgetown University, and he attended Hofstra University School of Law. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.

As a recruiter, Frank works closely with each candidate to identify extraordinary opportunities tailored to their skills and interests. Frank enjoys spending time with his family and is also a perfumer who runs a niche perfume company with his husband. His current favorite scents are pinyon pine, labdanum, and Sichuan pepper.
